1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tracer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Tracer is a web-based PCB design platform with AI-powered design assistance. The platform allows users to create, edit, and export PCB schematics and layouts.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Tracer.

4. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the PCB designs, schematics, and other content you create using Tracer. We do not claim ownership over your designs. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Tracer uses AI to assist with PCB design. AI-generated suggestions, layouts, and component recommendations are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated designs before manufacturing. Tracer is not liable for errors in AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
  • Use the platform to design devices intended to cause harm
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Use automated scripts to access the platform without permission
  • Resell or redistribute Tracer without authorization

7. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep Tracer available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tracer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to manufacturing defects resulting from exported designs. You use AI-generated designs at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, but you may export your data beforehand.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Tracer after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
